Developing and maintaining the prestige of Gokak Park

Giving back to the community with WiFi hotspots

ACT

At ACT Fibernet, we believe that it’s our responsibility to share resources for the development of the city, while providing a cleaner and more developed environment for sustainable living. We have taken over the responsibility of developing and maintaining the Gokak Park, in Malleswaram, Bangalore, which was constructed in memory of the Gokak movement during 2008. ACT has also provided WiFi hotspots in the park, which were inaugurated by Dr. C. N. Ashwath Narayan, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka.

ACT

WiFi for digitalization

The Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka said, "ACT Fibernet is setting an example to all other corporates on how an organization could contribute to the society and the nation. I thank ACT for coming forward to develop and maintain this prestigious park named after Gokak Movement. In this digital world, WiFi would be extremely beneficial to all and I also request them to use the park for development of children who would go on to become better and responsible citizens of the country."
