Navneet Sharma, Chief Operating Officer, has managed multiple portfolios over the past few years. He has been leading our expansion focus by setting up the Pune business, scaling our Enterprise business, and managing our large and complex Video business. He has also led centralization of Telesales, and helped set up our Sales Excellence transformation.

To continue our expansion focus, Navneet will lead a very key new market launch for ACT. We have taken the key decision to launch operations in Mumbai in 2026-2027. In order to drive these critical priorities with the attention and focus needed, Navneet will now exclusively lead Enterprise business and Video business nationally, along with scaling the and Pune Business and launching ACT in Mumbai.
