These Terms & Conditions govern this influencer campaign and may be updated without prior notice.

1. Offer Details

Offer: 1-month free service on new ACT Fixed Line Broadband (FLB) connections for plans of 6 months or longer.

Only customers redirected via influencer recommendations are eligible for the free month upon subscribing to a minimum of a 6-month plan.

1.1 Eligibility

Applicable in all cities where ACT services are available.

Offer valid until 31st March 2025.

Only applicable to NEW ACT FLB connections subscribed for a minimum period of 6 months, including 12-month plans.

1.2 Benefits

Eligible customers will receive one (1) month of free service for qualifying plans i.e., plan valid for a minimum duration of 6 month.

2. Terms & Conditions of the Offer

1. Customers must choose from the available plans listed on ACT’s website ( www.actcorp.in) based on their city of residence.
2. The offer is exclusive to users who subscribe through the respective influencer’s recommendation.
3. The service is subject to technical feasibility and network availability in the requested installation area.
4. Plans will be provided on a Fixed Term basis.
5. Full payment for the selected plan duration must be made in advance.
6. KYC formalities as per government regulations (DoT/TRAI) must be completed.
7. Customers can avail multiple vouchers if desired.
8. Early termination of the subscription before the plan’s expiry will result in the forfeiture of the free month benefit.

3. Miscellaneous Terms

1. No Warranty: ACT makes no express or implied warranties regarding the offer.
2. Data Privacy: User information will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for onboarding, invoicing, and service delivery purposes.
3. Communication Consent: By participating in the offer, users consent to receive communication from ACT via SMS, email, or calls regarding the offer or future promotions.
4. Plan Information: Users are encouraged to explore various ACT plans on the website ( www.actcorp.in) without any obligation to purchase.
5. Customer Support: Any issues regarding the redemption of the offer or internet services must be registered with ACT’s customer care (https://www.actcorp.in/customer-care).
6. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussions. Failing this, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). A single arbitrator appointed by ACT will conduct the arbitration in English at Bangalore, India.
7. Jurisdiction: Subject to arbitration, the offer is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bangalore.
8. Plan-Specific Terms: OTT and other services bundled with the plan are governed by the terms specific to that plan in addition to this offer.
