Terms and Conditions

The Services that M/s Atria Convergence Technologies Limited (ACT) provides to User is subject to the Terms of Use available on the website of the ACT (https://www.actcorp.in/legal/terms-and-conditions) and the terms and conditions mentioned in the E- CAF (Customer Application Form), which shall be signed by the User at the time of subscription of ACT's services.

ACT reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without any notice, and the User is requested to visit ACT's website for such updated Terms of Use.

  1. OFFER:

    This Offer shall be called the "ACT - Samsung Electronics campaign offer program" hosted via Big City Promotions. The terms and conditions governing this Offer are as under:

    • Offer: Flat 15% Off on every New internet broadband Connection of ACT on all 3-Months and above plans of ACT.

  2. Eligibility:

    1. This Offer shall be valid from 25th August to 25th November 2025.
    2. This offer is available to any User who purchases a laptop, Tab or a phone from Samsung E-Stores and Exclusive Brand Outlets nationwide whose value is Rs. 15,000/- and above. Such Users will be provided with access to the Samsung's Reward Portal where-in they can avail exclusive discounts from various partner brands.
    3. Upon successful purchase of any of the Samsung products detailed in Clause 2(b) above, the User shall visit "Samsung rewards Portal" and may choose to avail the Offer from ACT's Offer Banner.
    4. Upon User choosing ACT's offer banner, the User will be asked to fill a lead form in which the User shall duly fill all the mandatory fields to enable ACT to check and reach out to them to complete Customer Application Form and other KYC formalities.
    5. This Offer shall apply only a new subscriber of ACT who chooses to avail a new Fixed Line Broadband (FLB) connection, whose subscription term is three (3) months and above as offered by ACT from time to time.

  3. Benefit:

    Any User who duly fulfils the eligibility criteria as detailed in clause 1.1 above shall be eligible to receive 15% instant discount on their Broadband subscription charges.

  4. Other Terms And Conditions of the Offer:

    1. The User may choose any of the 3 months and above Plans offered by ACT from the list mentioned hereinbelow in the respective city in which they reside. Users are requested to visit ACT's website actcorp.in, for various plans offered by ACT in their respective cities.
    2. The Services shall be provided by ACT subject to availability of technical feasibility/reach in that area where the customer requests for deployment of connection.
    3. In case User's choosing a location where ACT does not have technical feasibility, this Offer shall not apply to such User.
    4. All the internet broadband plans are provided by ACT only on Fixed Term basis.
    5. The User shall pay the entire package subscription charges in advance for the entire duration of the subscription period chosen by the User.
    6. This Offer shall not apply to any such User who do not complete the CAF and KYC formalities of ACT as the same is a regulatory requirement mandated by Govt. of India (DoT/TRAI).

  5. How to avail the ACT offer?

    1. When the User clicks on the ACT banner and claims the ACT offer voucher on the Samsung Electronics Rewards Portal Website during the campaign period i.e. 25th August 2025 to 25st November 2025, they will be directed to a link for redeeming the voucher. The said link will take them to https://www.actcorp.in/samsungoffer where the user must enter all requested information. After entering the information, the User will be contacted by the ACT team, who will then provide the details of the plans offered by ACT on its website https://www.actcorp.in, to which the User will be eligible to subscribe.
    2. Any Eligible User intending to avail this Offer shall duly redeem the Offer on or before 25th November 2025, failing which the Offer shall stand withdrawn. This Offer shall apply to any person who claims the ACT voucher on the Samsung Electronics Rewards Portal Website during the campaign period.

  6. Miscellaneous Terms:

    • The User agrees and acknowledges that in order to avail the offer, he/she will have to provide to ACT and Samsung their KYC details and agree to provide the same. The User Further consents for ACT and its representatives to contact them in the mobile number & E-mail provided by them.
    • ACT makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to the Offer.
    • Except for any requirement under Applicable laws, ACT undertakes not to divulge the information provided by the User who avails the offer to any third party. It shall be used solely for the purposes of internal management, such as onboarding the User, invoicing, service delivery, etc.
    • Upon User choosing to submit his credentials under this Offer, the User consents that ACT shall communicate him through SMS, Email, and Calls any details pertaining to this Offer or any new Offer ACT may come up with from time to time.
    • The User is free to find out about the various plans/packages offered by ACT on its website https://www.actcorp.in. The Customer may navigate freely on the pages of the website with no obligation to purchase. However, the Offer provided herein shall apply only to the plans mentioned in the table above.
    • Any issue/complaint related to redeeming the offer and with respect to the internet service offered by ACT must first be registered with our customer service department, the contact details of which can be found on the website https://www.actcorp.in/customer-care. This is to ensure obtaining an amicable solution. Any disputes shall be settled by mutual discussions, failing which the same shall be referred to Arbitration governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The Arbitration shall be conducted by a single Arbitrator appointed by ACT. The Language of arbitration shall be English and the place of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India.
    • Subject to Arbitration clause mentioned herein above, this offer shall be governed by Laws of India and courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The User hereby declares that s/he has the capacity to possess rights and be bound by obligations of the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions including Terms of Use.
