M/s Atria Convergence Technologies Limited (ACT) provides Amazon Prime Services to its Users/Subscribers which are subject to the below Terms & Conditions. ACT reserves the right to change, modify and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without Notice to Users/Subscribers and we request you to visit our website www.actcorp.in for further details and offers, if any, in this regard from time to time.


 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER:

  1. Prime Lite Subscription Inclusion:

    • Free 1 Day delivery.
    • HD streaming (720p) on 1 Device.

  2. Any subscriber of ACT services shall be eligible to subscribe for Amazon Prime Services as a value-added service upon he/she subscribing to any of the select tariff plans made available by ACT in the respective cities where the User resides as more fully detailed in Annexure 1. We request the User to visit our website www.actcorp.in for further details and offers, if any in this regard from time to time. The Amazon Prime Service is provided to the User by Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd under the Amazon prime Terms of Use, which will be provided to you separately. The other services included in the plan are provided by ACT.

  3. ACT User agrees and understands Amazon Prime Subscription charges is bundled along with the select tariff plans as available on website. In case of User choosing to cancel the select tariff plans of ACT in which the Amazon Prime services have been bundled into, the same shall also entail cancellation of Amazon Prime subscription bundled along with such select plans.

  4. By purchasing this package, you opt in and consent to sharing Your mobile number with Amazon for the purposes of activation, offering and developing additional services.

  5. By activating your Amazon Prime with ACT Fibernet, you agree to receive information electronically, from ACT or Amazon, such as email, SMS and through Amazon websites or services.

  6. In order to enjoy the Amazon Prime service as part of your ACT plan, you will need to activate the Amazon Prime service by completing the Amazon Prime activation process. You will receive instructions on how to activate the Amazon Prime service via email or text message.   7. Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by TRAI, ACT reserves its right to change/modify ACT – Amazon Prime lite Bundled plans as and when it deems fit. we request you to visit our website www.actcorp.in for further details and offers, if any, in this regard from time to time.

  8. ACT User hereby agrees that the User shall not make any unauthorized use of the Amazon Prime service. Such use shall constitute an infringement of the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Amazon, its affiliates and/or its licensors and shall be a violation of these Terms.

  9. Any complaint with respect to the said services offered by ACT must be registered with the customer care, the details of which are available on www.actcorp.in.

  10. As part of ACT’s bundled plan offerings, ACT facilitates access to Amazon Prime services. These services are provided by Amazon and are made available to eligible customers on an “as is” basis. ACT shall not be held responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or performance of Amazon Prime or any other third-party service so bundled. You are advised to use Your discretion and review the terms and privacy policies of the Amazon Prime before use. By availing the bundled offer, you acknowledge that ACT shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use or inability to use such third-party services. All issues or grievances related to such services must be directed to the respective service provider.

  11. Any disputes shall be settled by mutual discussions, failing which the same shall be referred to Arbitration governed by Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole Arbitrator appointed by ACT. The Language of arbitration shall be English and the place of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India.

  12. Subject to clause 11 herein above, this offer shall be governed by Laws of India and courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
