Aditya Singh , who is currently Senior Vice President - Customer Experience and Loyalty at a group level will now be stepping into a key leadership role and become a part of the Executive Committee (Excom) within ACT as the Chief Experience Officer effective Jan 01, 2026.
In his new role as Chief Experience Officer, Aditya will lead the end-to-end Customer Experience Transformation. He will work on delivering exceptional customer service and success through CC and CCNR functional transformations. He will co- lead the Network Transformation project nationally with the business teams to reduce FR and improve network resilience.
