Using the ACT Fibernet app is the fastest and most efficient way to manage your home WiFi network and various VAS subscriptions from anywhere, anytime. You can also shop for the latest equipment, make payments, and get support when you need it.
ACT Fibernet App is a one-stop destination for all your ACT account management needs. You can request for a new connection, make payments, track your data usage, request for plan add-ons, modify your existing plan, register & track service requests all from one single app. On-the-go Customer Service at your fingertips, literally! It is an incredible app to help you with your internet connection. If you're using the app for the first time, you'll need to enter your login credentials. Once you've done that, it will display your current bill cycle details and dues (if any). You can choose "Pay Due Amount," "Pay," or "Pay for" if you have more than one connection. To make bill payments, clicking on "Pay Bill" in the mobile app will display the due amount. Once you proceed, you can select the mode of payment from Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or any wallet.

Go to any internet browser and type www.speedtest.net. Select the test server hosted by ACT Fibernet to know your upload and download speed. Note: Please check your speed only after you have plugged-in the LAN (Ethernet Cable) directly in your laptop/desktop.
Login to your ACT Fibernet app with your registered mobile number.
Click on the account section and scroll down to check your username.
Data limit up to which a customer can enjoy seamless speed. On exceeding the data limit, the speed gets reduced to minimum plan speed.
FlexyBytes are additional data which that you can add if you feel your monthly data limit is insufficient.
All Subscribers of Data Transfer Packages can check their usage in "My Account" on https://selfcare.actcorp.in. On this page, the usage records for the current month and previous months are indicated as specified. We update the usage records once a day so that you can check your usage at any given point in time.
