We believe in using our collective energies in shaping our entire ACT community by taking good care of our employees’ mental well-being. While we understand that stress is inevitable and can come in any form, work pressure, family commitments, financial, etc., we make every effort possible to ease it out as much as possible. There is a special initiative that helps us ensure our employees’ emotional well-being, it is called Action Changes Things, a helpline accessible by phone, Skype, email, or face-to-face, whatever medium our employees prefer.
There’s an old adage that action speaks louder than words, and we couldn’t agree more. We set up Action Changes Things as a 24/7 helpline in collaboration with InnerSight, an organization specializing in counselling. This helpline helps our employees take a proactive and preventive approach to mental wellness. We have an efficient counselling team to handle this helpline and provide the necessary emotional support to our employees and their family members. Irrespective of the problem, whether personal or professional, we ensure complete privacy and confidentiality while providing a reliable support system to deal with them. The multi-lingual support available on our helpline makes it easy for our employees to seek help in the language of their choice and comfort.
